Improve your swimming with any of our fab swim sessions. Mermaid and Swim Men means its a mixed class and you can even share a multi swim pass with your family members. You will be challenged mentally, physically or both and encouraged to work to your abilities whilst developing your fitness, finesse and fun levels in the water. Technique is the focus in these sessions so be prepared to work your mind. Take time to feel the water.
