Adding a new drill to help you breathe on both sides notice if things are easier this week than last. Do you feel less puffed? Can you take less rest or less strokes?
Practice breathing to both sides with a mix of drills and try sighting in the pool. It's great practise for when you swim in the open water. If you dont sight you can end up swimming 10, 20 even 30% further than you really need to. The drills this week really help you to swim straight too!
4 weeks in you are hopefully feeling more familiar and stronger than you did a few weeks ago. Who knew turning up and practising can make it so much better. Happy Swimming
