The analysis takes 1 1/4- 1 1/2 hours. First of all we record you swimming and then sit pool side and review your stroke. After that you hop back in the water and we go through the key things that will help you improve your swimming. This is really powerful after watching yourself on screen.
You need to bring something to wear between swims and a thumb drive to save your analysis on.
