Congratulation on even checking this class out. We appreciate that learning new things, especially swimming is a big deal as an adult and are here to make it as fun and enjoyable for you as possible.

This course is the place to begin your Swimming Women journey. Over 6 weeks we will teach you the fundamentals of freestyle, from balance and kick, to breathe and rotation and on to arm motions  and putting it all together.

Perfect for beginners, awesome for those who can already swim but want to understand technique and a fun refresher for those that can already swim well but want to get back into it, learn some new drills and become familiar with the swimming women way.

Each week takes you through a different element of swimming freestyle with a focus on having a go, having fun and being with other ladies who just want to swim too!

No class on 26/1 due to public holiday. This is 6 sessions over 7 weeks
