This is the place to begin your Swimming Women journey. A course designed to teach you the fundamentals of freestyle. Perfect for beginners, awesome for those who can already swim but want to understand technique and a fun refresher for those that can already swim well but want to get back into it, learn some new drills and become familiar with the swimming women way. The course takes you through a different element of swimming freestyle each session with a focus on having a go, having fun and being with other ladies who just want to swim too!

This will take place in the indoor pool at Geographe Leisure centre.
