Your Program:
9:00am – Welcome – settle in, cuppa, meet the team
9:30–10:15am – Shoulder Health with Amy Smith
Learn how to keep your shoulders strong and mobile with practical strategies from an accredited Exercise Physiologist.
10:30–11:30am – Swim Session #1
Focus on technique, tumble turns, or different strokes— supportive, fun, and skill-building.
11:45–1:15pm – Women’s Health + Lunch with Issy Downie
Enjoy a nourishing lunch from Red Feather while learning practical strategies to care for your pelvic floor and navigate the life cycle of women’s health.
1:30–2:30pm – Swim Session #2
Focus on technique, tumble turns, or different strokes— supportive, fun, and skill-building.
2:45–3:45pm – Recovery with Kristin Lawrence-Brown
Foam roller mastery and recovery strategies. Learn how to rejuvenate your body for everyday life to feel fabulous anywhere.
Wrap-up by 4:00pm
You will be welcome to join us for an end of day natter at the River and then see how the evening takes you .
Your Experts:
Amy Smith – Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSAM AEP)
Clinical exercise specialist helping women build mobility and strength safely. Amy has helped many women (including Charlotte!) through shoulder pain, menopause transitions, and regaining confidence in strength.
Issy Downie – Senior Physiotherapist, APA Titled Women’s, Men’s & Pelvic Health
With over a decade of physiotherapy experience and specialist qualifications in continence and pelvic health, Issy helps women manage pelvic floor concerns, pain, postnatal & menopausal changes, and functional strength. Her passion is empowering women with knowledge and effective strategies.
Kristin Lawrence-Brown – Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist
With 15+ years in the fitness industry, Kristin runs a unique wellness studio in Quedjinup, offering training, massage, and recovery therapies. As an endorsed practitioner with Black Roll Australia, she’ll share how to take your recovery to the next level.
