Broken Arrow Faults to watch for

Check when you do broken arrow, you aren't rushing and you do engage your core. The mantra is up 123, hinge 1,2,3 spear and breathe. Ensure your hinge is at the elbow not the wrist, that you pause (we like to count to 3) before the next step and stay strong and straight as you breathe in. Practising on a black line can help you see if you wobble!
