This is the drill of all drills and a total mermaid fave! You can do lengths of it, or even just 4 or 5 in the ocean. It's enough to help you learn to use your body to rotate rather than your neck, an altogether more vulnerable body part. Death stare the bottom of the pool or ocean if you need to focus on something to keep your head still and drive your top hip to the bottom or all your bottom shoulder to the sky.Have fun with this. Pretend you are on strictly come dancing and really move your booty!! Remember the mantra - rotate, breathe, head back down!
