Dead Man Start - the harder version

Learning how to balance in the water is important. You will go faster if you can be horizontal and you need to be aware of your body, feel where it sits in the water to do this. Play with different parts of your body, engage your core, squeeze your bum, imagine you are zipped in to a TIGHT pair of pants, all to get your heels to kiss the surface of the water. This is harder to do when stationary but a great thing to practice for EVERYONE
