Swim Girls program works on fitness, fun, and a healthy way of life for girls in school years 6-12. The philosophy The ability to swim is a gift that stays with you for life, a great stress reliever and fab way to keep fit and strong. Sadly the opportunity to keep swimming without competing isn't always available and Swim Girls aims to change that. You may have been in a swim squad before and realised squad training isn't your thing. You may love swimming but also love netball, basketball, art, dance, trapeze, mountain bike riding...and can only swim once a week as life is busy. The Swim Girls program will focus on stroke technique, building on the individual components of the stoke with a strong element of getting your heart rate up, having a laugh and enjoying being healthy.
