This is the place to begin your Swimming Women journey. A 6 week course designed to teach you the fundamentals of freestyle. Perfect for beginners, awesome for those who can already swim but want to understand technique and a fun refresher for those that can already swim well but want to get back into it, learn some new drills and become familiar with the swimming women way. The 6 week course takes you through a different element of swimming freestyle each session with a focus on having a go, having fun and being with other ladies who just want to swim too!
