The ultimate ocean pool and harbour experience in iconic Sydney. 

Indulge your bucket list; we are heading to the east coast to swim in Sydney's magical ocean and harbour pools!

The aim is to complete 2-3 swims each day, you swim as far as you want - the goal is to embrace the heritage and story behind each unique pool. To that end a special program will be devised for each location and you do as much as you wish weather it’s a dip, a pootle with fins, or a 3k epic - the choice is yours.

A 5 day combination of walking, swimming and exploring new pools every day including the famous Bondi Icebergs and North Sydney pool beneath the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Single room cost: $2700

Twin share cost: $2050

Twin share is based on two people sharing. It is the responsibility of those choosing this option to find their swimmer to share with.

$515 is $500 deposit and $15 bank charges for credit card payment. 

The remainder of the trip cost will be due not later than 45 days prior to trip commencement.

Payment Policy
After you have paid your deposit we will confirm your place on the camp. For all swim camps a minimum of 6 people are required to book before the camp can be confirmed as occuring. We will notify you of this as soon as is possible. A non refundable* reservation payment of AU$500 is required by electronic fund transfer (EFT) payment, or $515 if paying by credit card (includes c/c fee). If paying by EFT payment is due within 3 days of completing the online registration. You may forfeit your place if this transaction does not occur within the 3 day timeframe.

*If you pay a deposit but we cancel due to numbers we will refund your your deposit.
Payment Timeframe: 

Full payment is accepted at any time and must be paid in full not later than 45 days prior to the camp commencing. Final payment details will be sent to you in an email within 1 month of your initial booking registration email. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard, or direct transfer. Credit card payments are subject to 2.7% cc processing fee.

If you cancel. 

Definitions“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Swimming Women Swim camp, including postponing or rescheduling.
“You” refers to the guest booking a Swimming Women Swim Camp.
“We” refers to C & C O’Beirne TAS Swimming Women.

Details. The initial deposit is non refundable. If you choose to cancel any time after 45 days prior to camp starting Swimming Women will not offer any refund for any reason. We will happily transfer a credit to another swimmer or friend should you wish. If you cancel prior to this at any other time you will forfeit your initial deposit.
If Swimming Women cancels: If we must cancel a booked swim camp date for any reason other than an Act of God, Natural Phenomenon, Terrorism or Political Act, you may transfer your full swim camp payment to another swim camp if scheduled, or you may request a refund of your payments to us, less any credit charges or reasonable administrative fees constituting a full settlement. Swimming Women is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled swim camp, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
Swimming Women reserves the right to substitute Charlotte or Maritia for other personnel should unavoidable circumstances arise.
Your Travel and Cancellation Insurance: To join the swim camp you must have your own travel, medical and liability insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all adventure sport activities, medical emergencies & trip cancellation. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance may pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We strongly advise you check the Department of Foreign Affairs smart traveller website to make your own assessment for your safety for international camps.
